The Republic Council on Road Traffic Safety (RCRTS) in Republic of Macedonia functions for the purpose of development and promotion of traffic education for the traffic participants, establishment of cooperation and coordination for development of traffic-preventive work and self-protection, promotion of the general road traffic safety as a matter of social interest, as well as initiation and proposal of the necessary measures for increased road traffic safety.
